Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts, no minimums. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel, upgrade, or adjust at any time with 30 days' notice. Enterprise clients may negotiate custom terms. We earn your business every month — that's the only way we want it.
Why is Enterprise pricing custom — what's the ballpark?
Enterprise is custom because every large operation is genuinely different. A 120-bed boutique hotel needs different coverage, different team composition, and different SLAs than a 300-bed multi-location group. Pricing is scoped based on team size, hours, service mix, and complexity. We'll give you a clear proposal within 48 hours of our first conversation — no vague "contact us for quote" runaround.
Do you offer hourly or project-based support?
Yes. If you're not ready for a monthly plan or need support for a specific busy season or project, we offer hourly arrangements. Talk to us about your situation — we'll find something that works.
Can I customize what's included in my plan?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. The plans above are starting points, not rigid packages. Need review management but not back-end ops? Want 7-day coverage but fewer daily hours? Managing 8 STR units and a small hotel? Just tell us. We build plans around real operational needs, not the other way around.
What happens if I go over my monthly hours?
We track your hours in real time and notify you before you hit your limit — never after. At that point you have two options: approve an overtime block at $15/hr and we keep going, or we pause non-urgent tasks until your next billing cycle resets. You will never see an unexpected charge on your invoice. Ever.
Are in-person consultations available?
Yes — since we're based in Honolulu, HI, we're happy to meet in person for local clients and for larger enterprise engagements where a face-to-face makes sense. For all other clients, we offer video consultations and are always reachable by phone and email.
